Keynote comes with a number of fonts but there are so many more free styles out there that can help your work stand out.

I have been using these fonts for years with no issues on my laptop. As with any downloads from the internet, however, you are right to be cautious. If you don't feel comfortable downloading these, don't do it. CAVEAT EMPTOR
